Minibao terms of use

1. The service
Minibao is a log for the care of a baby and a tool to share that log with family members and caregivers. You must be 18 or older to make an account.
2. Not medical advice
Minibao records what you enter. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor a child. Charts, totals and reminders are for information only. If you worry about a child's health, contact a doctor. In an emergency, call the local emergency number.
3. Camera view
Minibao can show video from a camera that you own. You are responsible for the camera, its account and the people you let view it. The camera view is not a safety monitor and can stop without notice. Camera makers are not partners of Minibao and do not endorse it. A maker can change its product so that the view stops.
4. Your family and your content
- You own what you enter. You give us permission to store and send it only to run the service for your family.
- The owner of a family decides who joins and can remove a member.
- Enter data about a child only if you are the parent or guardian, or you have the parent's permission.
- Do not upload unlawful content. Do not try to get access to another family's data.
5. Plans and payment
Minibao has a free plan and a paid plan. Limits and price: open, spec 06. Apple or Google handles the payment and the refund under their own rules. A plan renews until you cancel it in your store account.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service on, but we do not promise that it is always available or free of errors. The log stays on your phone if the server is not reachable. Keep your own export if the log is important to you.
7. End of use
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect loss or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or S$50 if that is more. Nothing here limits a right that the law does not let us limit.
9. Law
Singapore law governs these terms. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We show a notice in the app before a material change takes effect.
